他の宿泊施設において、WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じ、ホテルや旅館を装って「予約の確認」「クレジットカード情報の入力・再入力」「至急のお支払い」などを求める不審なメッセージが届く事象が報告されております。
当館では、WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じて、予約確認やお支払いを求めるご連絡をすることは一切ございません。
現在、当館では個人情報の漏洩や、不審なメッセージによる被害の発生は確認されておりません。
お客様に安心してご利用いただくため、未然防止の注意喚起としてお知らせいたします。
今後、当館を装った不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、トラブル防止のため、以下の点にご注意ください。
・WhatsApp等から送信された不審なメッセージに記載されたURL（リンク）を開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・不審なメッセージには返信しない
・不審なメッセージに基づく支払いや送金を行わない

【Important】 Please beware of phishing scams impersonating our facility.

We would like to inform guests who have already made a reservation, as well as those considering a stay with us, of the following important information.
Incidents have been reported at other lodging facilities involving suspicious messages sent via messaging apps, such as WhatsApp, from parties impersonating hotels or other accommodation facilities. These messages may request reservation confirmations, credit card information, or urgent payments.
Please be assured that we never contact guests via messaging apps such as WhatsApp to request reservation confirmations or payments.
At present, we have not confirmed any instances of personal information leakage or damage resulting from such suspicious messages at our facility. We are issuing this advisory as a precautionary measure to help ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests.
If you receive a suspicious message impersonating our facility, please take the following precautions:
・Do not open any URLs (links) contained in suspicious messages sent via WhatsApp or similar messaging apps.
・Do not enter your credit card details or other personal information.
・Do not reply to suspicious messages.
・Do not make any payments or money transfers based on suspicious messages.
